We collect your personal data based on the information you provide to us during prequalification telephone interviews as well as during physical interviews with our consultants. We do not collect personal data of a discriminatory nature. The personal data that we collect are generally: last name, first name, contact details, diplomas, salary, results of evaluation tests, contact details of former employers that you authorize us to contact (referees) …. These data are used and stored by our firm for the following purposes:

To respond to your inquiries
To assess the suitability of your profile for the position to be filled
To offer you career opportunities that best match your expectations and skills
To keep you up to date with DVA Executive Search news and the real estate and construction sectors in which we specifically work.

Referral data
We use the personal data of the referees as part of our mission. By being able to verify candidate information and qualifications with them, we can ensure that they will best meet the expectations of potential employers.

Customer or supplier data
If you are a Customer or a supplier, we process the data relating to the people present within your organization in order to allow us to communicate with them in order to be able to provide our services or to receive goods and services. In general, we only process the name and business contact details of the person concerned.

Data retention policy

DVA Executive Search will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. This means that we will keep your Personal Data for the duration of your relationship with us and for the following months to the extent that you have consented to it. This period can be up to 2 years after the last contact. At the end of this period, you will be contacted again and can decide whether you wish to continue to be registered in our database.
